Fafhrd
- FAFHRD - An acrylic painting on a 16 x 20 size canvas board. Unused.
This cover painting was mailed to Sol Cohen, publisher of "Fantastic Stories," in 1975, but was apparently lost by the Post Office. So I did another, different cover painting for Cohen. But about four months later this painting was delivered back to me by the post office with a note about the address being "non-deliverable".
I checked the address on the package and it was the same one I've been using all along, so I don't know why this one was a problem. It was about this time that I decided to get color transparencies made of my paintings and mail them to the publisher instead of my original paintings.
This "Fafhrd" painting was sold to Helen de la Ree and has not been published anywhere as yet.
